P. Jaime Tetrault

Jaime has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial industrial market, primarily in the area of leadership, aftermarket, manufacturing and major account management. As a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy, a majority of Jaime’s technical experience originates with marine boiler and diesel engine installations. Jaime was previously a Director at Caterpillar Inc., where he led their global aftermarket team. Jaime joined MPN Boilers as the Chief Executive Officer in 2020 from Texas where he worked in various leadership roles in the Oil and Gas industry.

Ian F. Rowburrey

Ian has over 25 years’ experience in commercial, industrial and utility steam and hot water systems. Upon graduation from the Maine Maritime Academy, Ian worked for ABB for six years as a field service engineer on utility gas turbines and then moved into their Combustion Control division as a project engineer. In this role, Ian gained significant experience with advanced boiler combustion control and burner management systems. Ian joined MPN as a sales engineer in 2003 and now holds the position of Principal / VP of Sales. During his 18 years with MPN, Ian has assisted many NYC based MEP Engineers with the design and equipment selections for many high and low pressure steam heating systems for hospitals, commercial / residential high rise buildings and academic institutions.

Allison R. Rossi

Allison has over 25 years’ experience in accounting, audit, finance, and human resources. Allison’s experience includes audit roles with EY as well as internal audit and corporate accounting experience with Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining MPN, Allison’s experience includes over 7 years in the commercial construction industry working with the AEC community. She is a subject matter expert in internal controls, process improvement, ESOP, employee benefits, M&A, and corporate strategy. Allison earned her MBA and is a Certified Public Accountant. Allison initially joined MPN in early 2022 as Controller and currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance and Operations.

Kenneth Behrens

Ken has over 40 years’ experience in the commercial industrial boiler service industry. Ken has been an active Field Service Technician for 30 years with experience in Parallel Positioning control systems, digital controls, PLC’s, Micro-Processors and Loop Controllers. Ken’s experience includes working on and start-up of the entire Cleaver Brooks, Raypak and other product lines including tank gauge systems, Combustion Control/Monitoring panels and Master Control Panels. Ken has commissioned Industrial Watertube boilers with Cleaver Brook and Natcom burners including Low Nox industrial burners and burner management systems including SCADA. Ken was promoted to General Manager of Service Operations in 2010 and manages the operations of the Service, Parts and Aftermarket divisions of Miller Proctor Nickolas Inc.
